Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and follow up on new customer inquiries
- Establish and manage effective communication with existing clients
- Understand customer requests and provide solution-oriented support
- Ensure projects are carried out in line with customer expectations
- Collect and report customer feedback
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with clear articulation
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and web design
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a customer representative
